Appeal a decision for a project

The following is for appealing a decision made by a committee, commission, or findings by staff.

The appeal procedure is the means for a contested action or condition to be reconsidered by a higher hearing authority.

Appeals cannot be filed online. Please contact the project planner or visit the planning office to file an appeal.
