How to schedule an appointment

Virtual consultations last 45 minutes and are available at the following times: 10:00 am, 11:15 am, 2:30 pm and 3:45 pm. 

Virtual and in-person options

The public counter consultation is conducted using Microsoft Teams​ in the following two ways:

1. ​​For person(s) capable to conduct video conferencing with their personal computers and internet connection, an invite will be sent to your listed email. Please follow the instructions in the email to proceed with the meeting. 
2. No computer or wi-fi? No problem. Schedule an appointment and visit in-person at the scheduled time.
