Apply for a Minor Permit

The Department offers online applications for Minor Residential Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Reroof permits. If your project qualifies for a Minor Permit, go to the Public Permit Portal to apply.

A Minor Residential Permit is available for the following project types

AC - Additional	Re-pipe
AC - New	Re-pipe - Gyp or Gyp and Shear Repair
AC - Replacement	Re-wire
Electrical Service Change	Re-wire - Gyp or Gyp and Shear Repair
Furnace - Additional	Reroof Comp
Furnace - Replacement	Reroof Wood/Tile/Metal
Furnace and Duct - Replacement	Water Heater Replacement
Furnace and Duct - Replacement add AC
