Submit for a Survey Review

Submit your survey review requests online via our Public Permit Portal​.

Steps to submit a Survey Review request

  1. Register an account on the Public Permit Portal and log in.

  2. Once logged in, click Create and select Create Development Application. 
  3. Read and accept the Disclaimer. 
  4. Click Development and select Survey Review. You will be able to create the application and upload the documents. 
  5. After you submit the request, we will review the application and invoice the fees. You will receive notification when the fees are invoiced, and you may log on and pay them on-line.

Alert: All correspondence must include the SRV number that is created when a map is submitted.
